Day 1 — 20 August 2026 Check-in and orientation at the Ponderosa Ballroom, University of British Columbia (UBC).

Day 3 — 22 August 2026 The Grand Dialogue itself takes place at the Asia Pacific Hall, Simon Fraser University (SFU).
